Expand your racetrack with the Carrera Outer Border Strips for Curve 1/60° and create additional space along the outer edge of the racing surface while adding an authentic motorsport appearance. These specially shaped border strips are designed for Carrera curves with radius 1 (R1) and an angle of 60° per section. Their distinctive red and white design is inspired by the kerbs found on real racing circuits, giving your Carrera track a professional racing look.

Drifting takes practice – but even experienced racers need enough room in tight corners. The outer border strips provide additional clearance for sideways vehicle movement and help reduce the risk of slot cars leaving the track while drifting. This makes them a particularly useful addition for exciting and dynamic races with 1:24 scale slot cars.

The set includes three outer border strips for Carrera Curve 1/60° and two matching end pieces. Together, the three border strips cover a total curve angle of 180° with a curve diameter of approximately 0.8 m. The included end pieces can be attached at the beginning and end of the curved section, providing a neat and attractive finish to the racing kerbs.
